Q: Why is mobile so expensive?
A: Mobile will always more expensive than brick and mortar locations because you’re paying for the convenience of not leaving your own home. We come to you, we pay for gas, wear and tear on the vehicle and more. Think of it like grocery shopping or picking up food. Delivery will always cost more than going to the building yourself.
Q: My hair doesn’t even cost that much!
A: Your haircut requires just the top of you head getting done. We are washing and drying your entire dog. Plus doing a manicure, pedicure and “Brazilian” to clean the poopy butts. We also clean their ears and pluck the hair out of them as well.
Q: Do you come to the house?
A: Yes we do! We have the grooming salon right inside of our van. We pull up in front of your house, either in the street or in your driveway.
Q: Do you have hot water?
A: Absolutely! The van comes fully equipped with a tank heater and a water heater so that your dog gets a warm bath every time.
Q: Do you have heat/AC in that thing?
A: Yes we have both. The van has a heater for the back of the van for winter months as well as 2 vents and an AC unit for the summer months.
